Duane Royer, President
Duane is an expert in luxury retail marketing. He has over 30 years of retail experience
here in Tampa Bay. Duane is the Owner of
The Music Gallery in Clearwater and the CEO of Spectrum Home Services of
Florida. Spectrum Home Services offers a
variety of home services including handyman, cleaning, senior care, yard care,
relocation and many others. Duane is a second generation piano merchant. His commitment to service and quality has made The Music Gallery Tampa Bay’s best source for piano sales and service. Duane began working in his family’s retial business at the age of 10, where he learned many lessons from his father. One of these lessons has become Duane’s business model “deliver the product in a timely manner and pledge customer satisfaction.” This model has earned Duane numerous awards from Koler and Campbell and Steinway and Sons for both his roles as salesman and dealer.
Donna Royer has been a small business owner for seventeen years with her husband Duane. Donna attended Bob Jones University, where she and Duane met. As a Home Economics major she never imagined that her future would include positions such as, Vice President of The Music Gallery and CFO of Intelligent Targeting. As the Vice President of The Music Gallery, Donna is essential to both day to day operations and long term planning. One of Donnas most valuable rolls is as account liaison for corporate accounts. At Intelligent Targeting, Donna has all of the traditional roles of a CFO and has also become known for her creative eye. Donna quite often lends a helping hand in Business Development. Donna and Duane have two grown daughters and live in the Tampa Bay Area.
