On the postal side we work with several of the best mail houses in the business.  These are pros in the mailing business who stay up to date on all postal issues so they can get you the best possible discounts available.  We work with them to ensure our designs are not only attractive but also in keeping with postal regulations to size and pricing. 

On the e-mail side, we are fully Can-Spam compliant.  In fact our requirements often exceed that which are required by law.  It just makes for a better relationship between you and your customer.  Some of the things we and our principal supplier insist on:

• Both a list AND mailer-level opt out
• Strict design guidelines and testing to top email providers/readers: AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail and Outlook.
• Opt-outs removed immediately
• Strong lines of communcations with all ISPs
• Retry soft bounces up to 3 times
• You pay only for what is delivered
• Reports after 2 and 7 days
